Nothing to set up. DataPilots powers the AI Agent and the Interactive AI Assistant for you, within the monthly insight and question allowance shown for your plan — 150 per month on Basic and 600 on Pro. The allowance resets every billing month.

Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key in Dashboard → Billing & AI, and eligible AI usage runs on your own provider account and is billed directly by that provider. Entirely optional — your plan and its workflow limits stay the same.

Which plan is right for me?
Start on the 14-day trial to test your own files. Basic fits one recurring reporting cycle a month — 25 files cleaned, 50 dashboards, 150 AI questions, uploads up to 25 MB. Pro fits heavier workloads — 100 files, 150 dashboards, 600 AI questions, 25 per day, uploads up to 100 MB and advanced analysis such as forecasting.
What happens after the 14-day trial ends?
Your account and saved work stay in place, but AI actions, cleaning runs and dashboard generation pause until you choose Basic or Pro. Anything you exported during the trial is yours to keep.
How do I pay?
Payments are securely processed through Cashfree — UPI, cards and net banking are supported, and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as an AI insight or question?
Any request you make to the DataPilots AI Agent or the Interactive AI Assistant — a cleaning instruction, a comparison, a chart request or a plain-language question about your data. Failed and declined requests are not counted.
Can I ask in Hindi, and can I use voice?
Yes, on every plan. Prompts work in English, Hindi or a mix, typed or spoken on supported browsers, and the analysis is identical in each language.
Do I still need a plan if I use BYOK?
Yes. BYOK is optional and only changes how AI usage is billed. Your plan covers the platform — cleaning throughput, dashboards, comparisons, exports and product features.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key lets advanced users connect their own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key so eligible AI usage runs on, and is billed by, their own provider account instead of the managed allowance.
Can I export dashboards and reports on every plan?
Yes. Trial covers exports of completed trial outputs, Basic includes standard Excel, PDF, PowerPoint and chart-image exports, and Pro adds full exports including cleaned and transformed datasets.
